Gluing the Judicial System back together

More than 30 years ago the rate of people being incarcerated was 500,000. When recently being updated that rate surpassed all the way too 2.2 billion people being in jail. The estimate rate of innocent people in jail is 2.3% to 5% percentage than is proven to be a 20,000 locked up.

First thing first that is a lot of money being wasted on people being locked up and second that is, the worst thing people sitting in jail wasting their life away.Thirdly cops lie to suspects during interrogations, and verbally abused people to get a confession, when the entire time the was actually innocent.

"Central Park 5" is an perfect example of the Judicial system is messed up. In fact this case was so popular, and big in the media. That when the truth was revealed that all five boys was innocent at that exact moment, it showed the people that this isn't the only cased this has happen to. In the Judicial system should want to fix this probable because in the long run they are losing money because people eventually suit.

The Judicial system also have a problem with falsely accusing people with crimes they didn't commit. People go years staying in jail just to say they were innocent the whole time.

  5. I do agree that, that is a lot of money being wasted and a lot of time being wasted, but unfortunately in a judicial system such as ours it is almost impossible to keep everyone who is innocent out of jail. I do agree that something should be done to drop those rates.
